Miscellaneous

We got scammed also. Went to the presentation in Long Beach and were told how fantastic their services were because their computers could see quotes from many different carriers or websites at the same time and choose the best price and there would be "hot deals" on their website, etc and the entire family, even our grown children could use their service. We could even let them inherit the service if we died! Well, Princess sent me an offer via email about the cruise we've been wanting for a reduced rate. I checked Amer Airlines to see if seats were available for the Feb 4 cruise using our miles one way to Brazil. We could. We called World Travel and asked them to see if they could get an even better price and quote cost of airfare one way and even round trip. Two days later we got an email from World Travel that was very sketchy with none of the numbers broken down to show what was airfare and what was the cost of the cruise. No name of the air carrier. We wanted details. They said they'd get back to us. She never did! We lost the cruise. It's sold out. They are totally incompetent and could care less about getting us the trip. Probably because they couldn't do better and didn't want to itemize the price for us. They are totally a scam outfit. We should start a class action law suit. We've asked for our membership fee to be returned. They are giving us the run around.

Free cruise and airfare was offered but when they sent us our travel arrangements the cruise was not free, and it did in fact cost more than the cruise cost listed on the cruise line web site. I on't
