I kept bidding and bidding and i won a touchscreen cell phone. I never received the cellphone. I called the costumer service and they told me they will ALWAYS SAY ESCALLADE THE REPORT, I HAVE CALLED TWICE AND SAME ANSWER. Now is been more than month whats goin on. And there website is saying member satisfaction guarantee. Where is the satisfaction??? Scummm guaranteeee,, i want my moneyyy back..
