On my very first bidding experience; I reported that the website had technical issues. During the bid process, the people that actually received the bid weren't even in the bidding process. Also, that when I submitted my bid, each time I was bumped out of the bidding process and had to reboot.By the time I came back the product was sold. I was offered a free bid package to stay with Dealfun but refused and was told by Amanda, Customer Relations that my Charge Ticket# 184102 was being credited on January 12 Credit Ticket# 192454. I never received a credit for this on my Discover Card or by any other method. I was simply bilked/scammed out of $69.00
