Right from the beginning, Ms. Florence Ndum has pretended to work for the Ghanaian Federal Ministry of Finance using the name of Mrs. Caroline Richard. I have checked, indeed, a Mrs. Caroline Richard is working at the Ministry. She has been using this email: federalministry1998@hotmail.com; she may have others using the same email.
In Mid October Mrs. Ndum has demanded $ 850.00 for legal documents and delivery of a consignment. The delivery has failed because the courier did not present all the documents. From January to April 16th I have paid a total $ 1,350.00 for legal documents again and delivery, to no avail. Total payment $ 2,400.00.

The Us authority have received all documentation, but we are waiting for the right time to take action.in the meantime I have forwarded to the Ghanaian Police also the full documentation, email, the false picture ID the woman has sent to me, but nothing has been done on that end. I have some more suspicion as about this whole affair, but this will wait. Patience is indeed a virtue.

Please expose this scam, many other people are scammed because of the email disguise and also the name of Mrs. Caroline Richard. I am fighting this matter not only for me. Thank you.
