An internet ad led me to believe I was ordering a trial of their product and paying for mailing only. No where was it mentioned that I would be receiving a full monthly supply, enrolled into an automatic deduction program, and responsible for returning the product if i was not interested. No where on the receipt did it mention that they had taken $100 from my account and planned on doing so for another 6 months, or that i needed to return anything. They bounced my account and incurred those charges for me as well. They are extremely combative when I have been trying to deal with them on the phone. They are extremely rude, sarcastic, and obviously following dialog they have been trained for.
