Refuse to Cancel Account

I have signed up my two kids for Tae Kwon Do classes. After a month I find out that a company Globlal Solutions was taking money out of my bank account to cover that class. I'm pregnant and very sick and delicated condition. I was trying to cancel or hold that account until I fully recover, even I provide with a medical record they refuse to cancel or hold my account until I recover. They will still taking my money in a monthly bases even that I can't take my kids to that clases any more. This happened on January 12.
