Deception

I am incredibly disappointed.in November after being contacted by JDK Services, a GE representative, Rick Storey, came to our home for what I believed to be a water test. The JDK representative repeatedly promised me that there was nothing to be sold when Mr. Storey came out; he was simply going to run some tests on our faucet water and all he wanted was our honest opinion as to the taste of his tests. Again, he would not be selling anything, and just for giving our honest opinion we would thereafter be receiving a $50 Target Gift Card. I was beside myself when we realized this was indeed not the case and that we had been deceived by the JDK representative who repeatedly lied to me.

We are not in a position financially to purchase water filtration products and, if we had known the truth, definitely would not have had Mr. Storey come out and waste his time and ours. We have 5-year old triplets and this visit was incredibly intrusive on our schedule.
