Coach outlet store - online ripped me charged my account never sent my items

This company looks legit but it is not! I ordered a purse from them on December 30. They sent a order confirmation number in an email. First clue that said it was going to be a long jorney to bet my purse was no phone number was given to call nor was ther a tracking number to track my purse. Next clue email that was included was to the site itself when you go to site it gives no phone numbers or address to this company. I have emailed them since December 31 and to this date I have not recieved any response nor have i recieved my purse.
