I ordered a dryer hose and 5 blade for my husband who is a dog groomer. The customer rep. Sent me the wrong blade and the hose did not fit the dryer my husband owns. I used the return label petEdge sent me and labeled 3 sides of the box with the authorization number they gave me as well. I followed there directions exactly as I was instructed to do. I gave the package to my post carrier (there letter also stated "If it is more convenient, you may give it to your mail carrier") Approx. 5 days later I called petEdge to ask why I had yet to recieve my refund and of course they ask for a tracking number! I explained how I shipped the item back per there instructions. I was told for the first 2 weeks that they were doing inventory and that the warehouse was closed. I then contacted a investigator for the USPS who assured me that the pachage was deliverd. I then called PetEdge AGAIN on 1/11 (almost 4 weeks later). This time when I spoke with a customer Rep., i gave her my last name and zip code. And of course she could not find me in there system. What a shock! They continue to tell me that they can not locate the package. I asked her if they always suggest that there customers give the package to there ppostman and then claim they can not find it scamming them out of there money! She then stated that they do not tell there customers to do that! So I read the letter to her i which they mmost certainly do! So a big company like PetEdge would rather scam there customers and refuse to return $57 rather then do the right thing and give the customer there money back.$57;are you kidding me!
