On 01/08 I was checking out some stuff and up popped this Ad and my computer locked up saying i had a virus, I couldn't get rid of it and it kept trying to sell me a plan so i picked one for 59.95. It never happened, and then on 01/11 it appeared on my credit card statement. My wife got involved as i had to leave for work and she was able to get it taken care of through microsoft for79.95. I was informed by my credit union that it would not be paid, some how it got messed up. It was paid.
