Cancelled account and it has been three months and still waiting on a refund. Rep says there isnt a supervisor to speak to and I have to keep calling to try to get my refund. It is supposed to take 5 to 7 weeks for refund. I cant seem to get anywhere with this Company. They are so quick to charge you but dont do anything when it comes to refunding your money.
