Homerun Marketing LLC contact my 82 year old mother via phone regarding worthless services and products available to her for $369.00. I contact this company at 715-479-1961 and spoke with Margaret. She was able to locate my Mom's order date. I imformed her that my mother is on the Do Not Call list and what occurred was illegal. She claims she was just the processing center. But had the authority to cancel the order (a instructional CD). You could hear kids in the background and a TV. So this is probably a home scam business. She also gave me the number to the sales department who she claims would be the responsible party for contacting my mother. That number is 855-649-0678. I was able to listen to their sales pitch to my mother. It was fast and sales people were very forward in what they wanted. Authorization to delete $369 from her account. Upon that recording no checking account information was ever given to the sales people at Homerun Marketing. I brought this fact up as I was wondering how they got that information. I was told by Mary, that my mom gave it to them prior to the recording. That fact appears to be illegal. Also upon the recording the sales person referenced a web site. Www.financial id secure.com. Not sure that was it completely. I filed a report with the Florida Trade Commission regarding this matter following our conversation.
