I went to my banking homepage, and noticed that $30.19 had been deducted out of my checking account. I did not authorized this transaction. I filled out the form that they submitted, and I will call them on 1/11 at the number that showed up on my statement which is 877-827-2466. I am on permanent and total disability, and my bank also charged me $30.00 for insufficient funds, because I did not have enough money in my account.
