Scams and rip off artists

I had check my checking account and I notice 21.95 was deducted out of my account by this company name homeplay, in which i never heard of this company, so I called the number to find out what was going on and I got was machine saying the hrs and the name of the company programstop and give me the website. I never never give them authorize to take any money out of my account! I don't know how these people got hold of my account. They enter my account unauthorize and i need to stop them before they do it again. I need somehow get that money back from them. Part of the money was for my son that is on ssi.
