Ripoff no refund when promised no one answers the phone any more

Ordered Original diet patch got weeks worth free and was charged 168.00 that day w/o my knowledge. Called and spoke to them and they said I needed to wait till I got all the patches to get a refund. Got the patches called to cancell the plan and they said send them back and they would refund all the money except 10.00 and no they are gone. No answer no msg.
