Instead of providing tracking number, they informed me the shipper had sent my package to the wrong place; on Jan 3rd the package would be rerouted.
On Jan 3rd the company no longer responded to messages. Their website announced they were on new year's holiday.
On Jan 10th their Website no longer appears at all.
