This company ripped me off! Fraud!

I contacted Jte-Systems on December 28 via phone to purchase a styling chair for 279.00 Plus 45.00 shipping. I spoke with a lady by the name of Judy. She advised me that the styling chair was in stock and immediately transferred me to their sales department. Bobby was salesman that took my order. Bobby also confirmed that the chair was in stock and would be shipped to me on Friday January 2. I was not given a UPS tracking number and was told that Bobby would me call back shortly with that number. I never received a call back so I called them the next day to retrieve my tracking number. I called 877-733-9001 over and over no one ever picked up the phone. So I tried to communicate via their online chat and the operator could not answer any of my questions. I suddenly realized that this company is a fraud and I had been scammed. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel my visa credit card and to report the fraulent activity. On January 6, I called Jte - Systems finally someone answered the phone and it was Bobby. I asked him about my UPS tracking number and he immediately advised that the chair is on back order and could not give me a delivery date. I requested a refund as was refused one. I let him know that I was going to turned them in to the BBB.
