I placed an order for 6 pairs of slippers for Christmas gifts. I should have known there would be a problem after the initial order was placed because I had to call the company several times due to discrepancies in billing. Each time I have had to call, I spent an average of 20 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service representative.

My order was placed on 11-25-11. I checked the website in decemer and read that if your order was placed before 12-05-11, it would be in before Christmas, so I wasn't too concerned.By 12-19-11, I still had not receved my order. I called again and was assured that my order would be received by Christmas.

My next mistake was assuming that their shipping company may have been behind for the holidays, so I figured that it would be in by the week after Christmas. I showed the kids the video on the website, so they would know what they were getting.

On 12-27-11, I still had no slippers, so I called to inquire about them. I was then told it would be 2 to 3 additional weeks. It is now 1-9-12. I just got off the phone and was told that they have no idea when my order would be filled and that they have no intentions of making any adjustments to help amend the situation.
