On 12/16 I ordered a BellaBand and payed through PayPal. Two days later I received a confirmation that the order had shipped along with a USPS tracking number. It said then and still says now that there is no record of the item. I have tried calling 3-4 times/day for the last week and have not reached anyone. I've also sent emails and none have been replied to. Today I started the process of filing a dispute on PayPal and will also contact my credit card company. Very unfortunate experience.
