I ordered a 10 pack of immodium. They said on b/o and kept responding via online message that it would be filled. They charged my credit card on 8/15. If you call for help you get a message saying they are busy use their online help. They stopped responding to my online requests and have not called me back. Today 1/9 I requested a cancellation and immediate refund. No response.
