I placed an order on line for a 9in Sate pan for $16.98; I have a receipt included in this fax. Your people charged me $374.86 for a whole set of pans. I would not spend that much money on a set of pans. As a result of this charge I incurred $103.00 in overdraft fees, statement included in this fax. I got the order in the mail on 01/05. I have returned the order With RMA#12859499, this cost me $38.30, so I have proof that it was returned. I have also canceled my card that I used to order. So you will have to do a refund by check. I was told by a customer service rep that you will refund my over draft fees when I called on 12/29. My total incurred charges are: $518.16 that you people owe me.
