I told on phone which they said was recorded that they weren't allowed to take money. I ordered nothing from them. Last item ordered on line was from QVC. On 4th money was fraudently taken from account. Ch. # 9270917. I e-mailed on 4th demanding refund. Heard nothing. I called them and talked to operator on 6th. Threatened to go to state Atty. Gen if didn't get refund. Heard nothing and no refund. They took the $99.00 plus bank charged $30.00 overdraft fee.
