I hired this guy to build a dump trailer. He wrote up contract, got down payment. From that day on he avoiding contact. I did internet search and it shows Joe Sudac was convicted of this crime twice and just got out of prison in the last year. Found some other people on internet that he scammed out of money. Filed charges against him along with 8 other people. He will be going back to prison. Don't give this guy any money. He will rip you off. If you have been scammed contact the Shasta County DA, s office.
