The same thing happened to me. Mike Roberts told me that they couldnt release the loan because the lender wanted 1000.00 to insure the loan. I told him that if i had more money i wouldnt need a loan. He acted like he was talking to the lender about it. When i called back the insurance decreased to 750.00. I told him i didnt have it and i want my money back. MIke told me he couldnt do it.
He finally said ill send you a check. Weeks went by no money. I kept calling. Same story. Its coming. I called back last week and asked him to just tell me that he was never sending it. Just for peace of mind. He said that he would send it next day fedex and now the phone number doesnt work. The money i gave them was my rent money, i trusted that i would get it back and then some. But that didnt happen. I got evicted the week before christmas. What kind of sick mind can listen to the peoples torn up lives over and over and not even care. If i was held up at gun point, i would at least know i was being robbed. How can the same crook screw so many at once? Does the place even exist? Can we get a class action suit going? Somebody email Erin Brockavich!!!
