ABUSIVE PARENT my mother likes to beat on my now 7 year little old brother Tyle

My sister and I were taken away from this monster when I was a teen and not soon enough at that, my mom got a thrill out of kicking us in the head, pulling our hair throwing me into things and nocking me out, now my 7 yr old brother has to through hell just like we did and boy was it hell, after one particular incident when my brother got in our moms way wanting to watch her cook she slapped him across the face and he fell to the floor, I held Tyler so tight and told him I would help him, I cryed the whole way home, finally I got the courage to call Redwood Falls Human Services and even though Tyler had been placed in a foster home 2 times befor that they tell me theres nothing they can do, Ive since called Tylers school to let them know, this was 3 years ago it started after I turned my mom in she has not allowed my sister or I to see him, his dad and others only get to see Tyler a couple times a year for short periods of time, other people have since then turned her in and still nothing has been done to help him, he is the sweetest little boy, he will proubly not tell for a long time we didnt, Becky Roberts is a very vendictive, mean, cold hearted woman who needs to be stopped from hurting my little brother, I dont know what else to do, CAN ANYONE HELP HIM
