Miscellaneous

I received an email pop-up stating that a settlement had been reached from their court who found limewire not going by guidelines for having a music download website.

The notice sent me to limewirelwawsuit.com. I paid $39.00 for 2 items when they asked at the new webpage if you would like 2 items and this is where the $39.00 puchase (for 2 items). I see on their webscreen now that you can only choose 1 per household.

They have an auto-responded that states someone will be talking back (email) at you what is going on. I had a user id and password but it did not work. This is how all of this started.

I heard from them in july that someone would be in touch with me. I email them and told them about a web message from a man who was irritated that he had not got his item. Then, a lady reported that it took them 7 weeks to deliver when they they will action between 4 to 6 weeks.

Since it was a lawsuit settlement i thought it was legit. The librarian told me that this "freeclub" is a scam.

They once told me that when my items arrived i would have some documents to complete and returned to the court since i had been approved for 2 items. I choose a $1000.00 card for Walmart and a 46" samsung smart tv.

Scam - offer gifts as result of "court ordered settment" of Limewire and others. Paid $39.95 for handling fees for two settlement gifts. Never came, but was given list of so-called gift offers
