I have had my credit card info grabbed by their new system. It shows more than the basic last four numbers most merchants hang on to, the COO is rude, intimidating and dismissive of any sugggestions or complaints. I purchased items on site and had issues with their check out cart 9 times. (I used to have friends who sold there) Each time I was told it was me or my computer. This was when I could access the site. He has admitted the servers are corrupt, he raised the rates on guaranteed sellers who had locked in rates and those who questioned him were muted. He has admitted to reading internal emails between people without our knowledge. I feel it is an insecure, unsafe, unwelcoming venue to sell on and perhaps to purchase on.
