I recieved a letter on jan 5 th 2012 from this dixie company and i was excited for 2 seconds and then quickly realized this was a fraud. I jumped to my computor and looked up their location and it was all there, i looked up the bank and it was there also, so i started investagating online and found so many people were not as lucky as me to have caught these thieves before they got me. I did not even make the phone call! Hope this can help anyone else in a similar situation.
