I found out when I went to purchase something from the store it would not go thru so I call my bank and the told me that your company took the money out of $99.99 on Dec, 29.2011 Which I didn't Authorized them to use my account at all. I call your company on Dec 5 and then on Dec 6 so they could also help me out so i called your company the lady was rude on the phone I asked her to cancel anything with my name and put the money back in to my account she stated she not sure how to do that she told me to call them back. If you can help me with this I Thank You.
