Latincardplus - LCP ripoff latin card plus took my money

Like Every body else I saw the commercial in Channel 15 in Las Vegas NV about the latin Card Plus. I was One Of the Victims too.

It was on August 29 that I saw the commercial and decided to call. When I call A lady by the name Of Kelly Matos was that help me. She ask me for all my information She even ask me for my social and job verification when i though that they didn't need to verified that. Well when she ask for all my information She told me to wait for a minute while she checks with the creditors. When she got back to the phone she told me that i was approve with a limit of $7,500 dallors but that I needed a deposit of $399.00 dallors. That day she told me that it would be arriving on September 2, And that i needed to have the money order ready when the mail guy arrived.

September 2 arrived i recieved a Package. When I open the package it was alot papers a catalog card that didin't even had my name printed in it.in that moment i call the customer service number because when i talk to Kelly Matos told that i got the card to call her. Well that day I call nobody could help me out becuase of the storms that where going on over there to call back in week. I call thre next day they i had to fax a paper so i could get card activated so i could start using it by catalog. I told them That Kelly matos said that there was going to arrived 2 card and that i only got one card. They told me that they could'nt help me to call call back in week. So I waited for a week.

I call again and ask for Kelly matos They told me that she was sick and that was not coming back for another 3 days. So i talked to this other lady that she told me that i would be getting my credit card in 7 days. I waited another seven days it never arrived. I call again at the customer number and ask for Kelly she wasn't there again. They only kept on giving me excuses everytime that i call. So I ask to Speak to a Supervisor it was a lady i dont remember her name. I told her what Kelly Matos told me that i was going to recieved 2 card i that recieved only one. She Told that the credit card was going to arrived in 30 days.

That same day I call the catalogs number to oder a DVD player they ask me if i had activated my card. I told them i did. They told me if i wanted to order from the catalog i had to pay half of what i wanted to order. I told them i didnt want anything anymore. I waited 30 days the credit card never arrived. I call when 30 days passed The numbers were out of service or dissconnected and there website was down. I just found out about this and only thing id i want my money back beacuase of there fault i have more debts than before. And the money i gave them was for my rent

If there anybody that could help me? Those people should be behind bars for tricking innocent people.
