I bought two 7" android tablets for my two daughters for Christmas. One of the tablets works fine, but the other one keeps freezing up. I tried for six days to contact the company to make an exchange and left several messages without any response. I tried going on the website to make the exchange but the website will not give me a return number. I would just like to make the exchange, and talk to a human being so I can ask some technical questions about the tablet that works fine. We are very happy with the one that works fine. All I get is an answering machine and no response to my many messages!
