On 24 September Groupon advertised a special deal for Moskys home decor stickers - 5 for £45. The stickers look beautiful, so I thought I would purchase them. I paid Groupon, and the code came through for me to use on the 26 September. I ordered the stickers paying the additional £9.99 postage. I waited several weeks, but nothing arrived. As I had wanted them for a specific date (due to travelling) I wrote and asked and they responded saying they hoped they would be with me shortly. I was pleased to have a reply and left it. However they still did not come. So I wrote again. And again. And again. Nearly two months after ordering I put a comment on their facebook wall. It wasn't rude, but did ask why I hadn't received my product or any responses. They just deleted it, and made no effort to get in contact. I have also had no response from Groupon.
I understand the company may have had more orders than they expected, but a month later they advertised again on Groupon - so it couldn't have been too bad! I am most upset that they haven't responded to any messages - as I do understand that mistakes can be made - but not ignored multiple emails.
I would like to hear back from them with a refund of my £9.99 postage and a letter for Groupon in order to get a refund of the £45.
