Order and paid for this item 3rd November as Xmas present but couldn't order it because of a problem with the partners website.By beginning of December I had sent emails to Groupon and Bluetooth World asking where the item was. I kept being informed it would be posted. The week before xmas I was informed that I had not paid for postage. I proved that I had through paypal. On 27th Dec I clearly informed both Groupon and Bluetooth world that the device was no longer required since I required it for Xmas. Groupon informed that they would liase with their partner and progress the refund as long as the goods had not been despathed and this would take 14 days. Groupon also informed me I had not paid postage and that they were investigating. On 14 February the ICE device was posted to my house. I have informed Bluetooth World that I will not pay for postage and they must send a pre-paid envelope. They have not done this or responded in anyway. Groupon have now informed me (almost a week after I informed them) that the ICE device has been received and they will not make a refund until it is returned. Groupon had 7 weeks to refund me BEFORE i received the unwanted item, the customer service has been appaling and I suggest they hold a full enquiry. I have now approached my bank and will be instigating a refund through them.
