Damaged-Incorrect Frame Design

I purchased a snow leopard trike from extreme scooters. Although the outside crate showed no damage, a fender had deep gouges, dents and scratches on it. When the crate was opened, the manual supplied was for a different trike and set up and user instructions were not for the snow leopard. Also the oil drain plug was blocked by the lower e frame and cannot be removed to change the oil. After many discussions with Extreme Scooters and Ice Bear, the shipper, they told me they will not replace fender or supply manual and to buy an oil change pump. This is very poor customer service and future customers should be warned before doing business with these companies.
