Placed my order to be told it would be shipped within 24 hours. After days of waiting emailed company to not receive response. After 5 emails and multiple phone call with no response I disputed the charge to my credit card company. I placed the order on Dec. 16th and it did not arrive until Jan. 5th and the frames are pretty much impossible unless you are a professional. I used to work for a photographer and have never seen anything like this. I have never dealt with a company life this. I still have not received an email back from this company and the phone number they provided is a joke. It rings and rings and no answering machine. I could go on and on about how pissed I am at this company as what a joke it is. So wish i would have seen these reviews before I ordered!!!
