Miscellaneous

I received a phone call that started with a fog horn and an automated "captain" telling me if I answered questions for a survey I would receive and all inclusive cruise package to the Bahamas for two. I answered the survey questions and was redirected to an agent who verified my name, phone number, and area code. Then told me I would be contacted within the next 24-72 hours to claim my tickets for the cruise. Then the automated agent onto the phone and told me to go to www.surveycruise.com and sign in with my phone number and area code to claim my cruise. When I tried it said the log-in information was invalid. They also didn't say where there company was located or what other company they were associated with. So, I traced their IP address and found the actual company who made this scam (Bright House Networks), and now want to how I go about getting these guys to pay for what they did.
