These people are LIARS of the first degree! Disgusting! I filed a claim immediately with my credit card company. They were told that they could only issue one refund, which they did, however, they charged me again for December! The person I spoke with, Steven, basically told me too bad and I just have to deal with it. But, he will cancel my membership. Great! At least I can take some solace in the fact that I am not alone. Everyone should bombard them with phone calls! 888-632-5590
