I have 2 complaints against Car rental company.
1. I took a car on rent for little less than 2 months. As per law company can charge me domestic security of $5 per day for 28 days only. If i continue by contract with same company i don't need to pay domestic security beyond 28 days. Other car companies never charged me domestic security despite of changing the car or renew the contract.
They charge me $115 more to me.

2. Second complaint is while giving the payment to this company i specifically tole to charge the same on my debit card & not on credit card as it is a international credit card & i need to pay more fees to bank but by mistake the charge me on my credit card without my knowledge for second month payment though they swipe my debit card at the time of payment.
When i contact their service center they revert the charges from my credit card & charged on my debit card. But due to international currency change is involved my bank is changing me Rs 3900 which is equivalent to $100 (approx).

Why should i pay extra $100 for their mistake?
