I have ordered from this company 3 or 4 times in the past few years and have had no problems. I receive my merchandise in a timely manner. But, now I am trying to reach them for an exchange on size for uggs boots. I received an 8, I ordered an 8, but I need a 9. They are not responding to me. I have send numerous emails and tried calling a few times, but no one answers. I either need an immediate exchange for my item or I need a refund.
