Allarearoofing
Lots of talk but little resolution

They started work a month after they said they would and did a fast, shoddy job. The bulk of the roof was fine but the finish work aroung the edges is a joke with many places for water and critters to get in. Allarearoofing did come back to fix all of the missing drip edge they left off and to reattach a vent pipe to the house, but they did not address the infiltration issues. Probably because the day they finally showed up to fix the problems it was getting dark around 4:30 and they did not arrive until 2:30.

When I made an appointment to meet the foreman after the jobwas complete I drove 6 hours to meet a guy who did not call or show up. I called the office and the owner said I should send pictures. I said I did not drive 6 hours to send pictures. The owner's response was a very sarcastic reply that he was sorry I lived so far from my vacation house, not that he was sorry that his employees did not show up.
