I picked out a pre-forclosure home on the Craigslist. I call Standard Capital US and agreed to pay the $199. The services were to provide an appointment to review the home selected, meet with the owner and lender, and takeover payments.

The house listings available on there web site show only the roof and front of the of the house. I sent an E-Mail of my selection, requesting pictures of the inside of the house. I have not received a response. Also, the picture shown on Craigslist and amenities are the same for every listing.

I would like a full refund of my payment.
