Ack in the summer in august i was surfing the internet. I came across a company called flex card program. They stated that for a fee of 39.00 they would report to several credit beauros monthly in an attempt to try and raise my credit score. Sort of a credit building program. Well they then stated that at the end of my three month peroid that they would refund my 39.00 at my rejuest. Well in november. It was on the 10th. I called them to cancel my membership and request my money back. They said that i would recieve a check in the mail at my 466 burbank road address in roan mountain tennessee. They said that it would be about 5 to 7 days. Well i waited and waited and waited. Nothing came. I sent them a email and no reply. I have tried to call them many many times and cannot get anyone to answer the telephone. All i get is a recording that says thank you for calling card services. Our offices are currantly closed. I am getting very mad. I need my money.
