I ordered two free samples of face and eye cream for postage and packaging costs of £2.99 and £2.75. And I just looked at my account and they have been taking money out my account! I thought that it was a one of payment and had no idea of reaccuring costs. My bank also says that if they are not fraudulent then there is nothing I can do about this and they will carry on taking money out my account and there is nothing I can do about it.
