I checked my credit report and it says I have a eufora loan/credit card, but never received it and don't know how to contact the company. The website doesn't work or phone number. They keep taking money out of my account and it doesn't seem to help my credit score.

CAP ONE At least once a month they have checked my credit score. As far as I know this lowers my credit. I do no own a credit card
