I was looking at a few different ways I could boost my credit score and came across PMS. I requested more information and later in the day I was notified about 2 charges of $99 a piece. After contacting them or at least trying to several times their response is "we will get back to you and please give us amply time to confirm your purchase." this has been going on for over a month now. I have left several messages with their so called operators and customer service specialist. I tried to talk to a manager or supervisor but they are never available.
