Ordered my daughter a personalized spongebob shirt for her 2nd bday which is Jan 7th. I was immediately charged and then Got an email saying it would ship within 4-7 days after 5 days got one that said it would ship within 24 hours it has said this for 7 days now. I called all last week and the message said it was closed after that the number was then out of service now it's a totally different number and no one ever answers. Extremely disappointed and will continue to watch my account and make sure no more debits come through from these people.
