I ordered this card from White Diamond Card Services. It was advertised to me as a tool to help build my credit. The company representative told me that by October 15th White Diamond cards would start showing on my credit report. I called the company in September and they said to check back in October. Now when I call there is an answering machine that says the company is closed. I am filing a complaint with the State of Florida Financial Regulation. I wish I could get back my money.
