The biggest credit card scam

One day i got a pre-approved credit card letter in the mail, with a credit limit of $4,000. Being that i was in the need for a credit card, because i wanted a new and they required a credit card.

I called these people up and i spoke to a representative, and she told me it will cost $200 to process my credit card and have to withdraw it form my checking or savings account.

I asked her if my credit limit will still $4,000 dollars, and she said yes. Then i asked her will i be getting a visa card or a mastercard, she said it depends on which bank accepts me, or something like that, i was under the impression by her and by the letter that i was getting a credit card that will be able to be used anywhere.

So i gave her my checking account and they withdrew $200 from my account. About two weeks later i got this whole package called the diamond select to shop through them and that's it.

So i called back and spoke to another representative and told him that what i got was not what i was under the impression of getting, and that they false advertised.

He said he listened to our conversation and said the rep. Told me everything correctly, and then he asked me was i going to use my card, i said no i want my money this not what she told me i was getting, he said he'll put as i am not using the card but i can't get a refund, and told to have a nice day and hung up.

So i decided to write this report because i see they aren't going to listen to me and i don't want anyone else to get ripped off by "national credit shopper (ncs) diamond select!!!
