I ordered their product which is suppose to fix hump ect on your nose. It says right on the website that if it doesn't work for you there's a 60 day money back guarantee. I had emailed them with pictures at the beginning to ask what i should do with the product. They emailed me back anytime I had a question. When I noticed it wasn't working I asked for a refund, and they won't reply now. I replied to the emails that were sent between us and also went to their site, and even tried with a different email. They won't reply with my refund. I don't know what to do.
