I ordered a risk free trail bottle of anti wrinckle cream and moisturizer for £2.95 each on the 17th dec. It came on the 28th dec! On the 31st dec £74.95 came out of my account. Not free atall...
Given they gave me 12 days to cancell, (small print) i thought id just cancell. They were closed over the holiday period so I rang the 0808 number in the terms and conditions on the 2nd jan to cancell all further transactions. They wouldnt honor the holiday period which took me over the 12day trail period. So the money couldnt be refunded. Read every thing before you buy and cancell well within the 12days. The £74.95 is actually for the trail creams you recieve...
Not the best new years gift my bank has recieved.

I ordered the trail pkg. And sent a email that day to cancel the 10 days later i called to cancel they said it was done but today i found they have took another 99.02 out of my account they steal

They send you your trail for 4.95 but you can't call or email them to cancel your order and they take $99.61 out of your account. So you lose your money with no way of getting it back. Ripoff
